I am the Director of Community Services at the ENDependence Center of Northern Virginia (ECNV), a center for independent living serving Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church and Loudoun County. Also does Michael qualify for EPSDT under the Medicaid program? I've heard of it being used to provide services not covered by other programs to Medicaid recipients under the age of 21.
